The Loft...

The Black Water Loft is an artsy coffee house located in quaint Downtown Floyd. Situated above noteBooks, the neighborhood bookstore, the Loft is on the second floor of a unique and historic cedar building.

Just follow your nose up the spiral staircase inside noteBooks to the cozy setting of Black Water Loft. The Loft will tempt you with its delicious organic and fair trade coffees and teas, all-fruit smoothies, variety of desserts, tasty candies, and unique gifts. The mood is relaxing, the conversations are charming, and the coffee is excellent!

There is also a gallery space for artists to exhibit their work, and plenty of room in a friendly environment for those groups or organizations looking for a community place to meet. Black Water Loft can also be rented out for special occasion gatherings such as bridal or baby showers, birthdays, and other private parties.
